We share a deep conviction
Through years of work at the intersection of finance, sustainability and social justice, we came to see how deeply interconnected the housing crisis, the financialisation of real estate and the role of institutional investors truly are. The pension funds that millions of people rely on for a dignified retirement are, in many cases, actively contributing to the housing crisis that makes their working lives harder. We believe this can — and must — change.
Redirect operates under a non-profit structure. We work in a fully horizontal way, with deep respect for the autonomy of our partners and a commitment to transparency in everything we do.
We are not tied to any single institution, investor or funder. That independence is our greatest asset, it allows us to move freely, earn broad trust and take bold positions.
